Shipping: Pearlgurl jewelry is handmade in San Antonio, Texas. We offer free shipping within the USA on all orders. Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of purchase. For Christmas delivery, please order early — USPS recommends packages be shipped by Dec. 17 (Ground Advantage), Dec. 18 (Priority Mail), or Dec. 19 (Priority Mail Express) for delivery before Dec. 25 in the contiguous U.S., and these are recommended dates, not guarantees. International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote before ordering.
 Returns: If you're not delighted, you may return unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom and personalized pieces are made just for you and are final sale, except in the case of a defect or damage in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 90 days with a photo and we will repair or replace it. Pearlgurl also offers a repair service for pieces you already own — contact us for details.
